Terms & Condition of Top Up:
- The above benefits apply to new top-ups of RM1,500 or more starting from June 14, 2023, until further notice.
- The above package promotional prices apply to the Singapore-Malaysia mailing service (moving to a regular wallet will incur additional charges). VIP prices for Singapore-Malaysia transportation will be adjusted with the rate and any changes or fluctuations will be notified separately.
- Your VIP Singapore-Malaysia transportation price and package benefits will be updated based on your most recent top-up package. For example, if you are enjoying a RM1,500 discount and have only RM20 left to cover the final shipping cost, you will need to either subsidize the final shipping cost or continue to top up or purchase a package to continue using the service. If your balance is insufficient, you will not be able to use the service.
- A tax will only be deducted for goods valued at SGD400 or more.
- RM1500 top-up includes RM100 for a single customer's first order only.
- Once topped up, MWM Express is non-refundable or withdrawable.
- Purchasing a membership in our long-term cooperation top-up means you have thoroughly understood and read our terms and regulations.
- MWM Express reserves the right to modify any promotion details and terms and conditions from time to time without further notice.
- Unused services or inactive accounts for one year after topping up with MWM Express will result in the forfeiture of your balance and points.
